Tom Flynn is Executive Vice-President and Chief Risk Officer, BMO Financial Group. Mr. Flynn was appointed to his current position in March 2008. From October 2007 to March 2008, he served as acting Chief Financial Officer and served as Executive Vice-President, Finance and Treasurer since December 2004.

Mr. Flynn joined BMO Financial Group in 1992 and went on to serve in a number of roles within the BMO Capital Markets business, including serving as Head of the Financial Services Corporate and Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Flynn obtained his MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario (with honours) and has his CA designation.

Mr. Flynn is Director and Vice-Chair, Bloorview Kids Rehab, Canada’s largest children’s rehabilitation teaching hospital fully affiliated with the University of Toronto.
