BMO Bank of Montreal Changes Mortgage Rates
5 Year Fixed-Rate Drops – and Free Banking Offer in Effect

BMO Bank of Montreal announced today it is decreasing its residential mortgage rates, effective September 13, 2007. The new rates are:
