WINNIPEG,
July 21, 2008 – BMO Bank of Montreal today opened
a new 5,800-square-foot personal and commercial banking branch located
at 1385 Henderson Highway in Winnipeg.
Branch Manager Chris Maros will lead a team of 16 personal banking and
investment professionals who will serve customers six days a week, including
Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“We are committed to providing every one of our customers with
the best banking experience,” said Mr. Maros. “Our customers
can be sure they will be met by a knowledgeable professional who will
sit down and help them understand our products and services, so they
can confidently make the right decisions for their money.”
Customers can expect:
- A highly
experienced team of in-house experts, including personal banking managers,
a financial planner and a BMO Nesbitt Burns investment advisor;
- Access to commercial account and deposit services;
- Two Instabank automated banking machines (ABM), including a drive-thru
ABM, and;
- Full wheelchair accessibility.

BMO’s Henderson & Springfield Branch will operate from:
- 9:30 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m on Mondays to Wednesdays
- 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays
- 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays
- 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays
The branch will hold a grand opening BBQ on Saturday, August 16.
BMO serves customers through
22 branch locations in Winnipeg. The new Henderson & Springfield
Branch replaces the North Kildonan Branch that was located at 1108
Henderson Highway.
