TORONTO and NEW YORK, September 23, 2009 – BMO Capital Markets is proud to once again donate all of the North American institutional equity commissions earned today to support nine organizations in Canada and the U.S. that seek to improve access to education and training for people across all diversity groups.

All North American institutional equity trading commissions earned by BMO Capital Markets will go to nine organizations that support education and diversity. Since the launch of Equity Through Education, a total of $6.6-million has been raised to support more than 2,000 individuals through scholarships, bursaries, mentoring programs and job search strategy forums.
